Tulsi Communication Private Limited, incorporated in Delhi, having registered office at A-210, Sarita, Vihar, Delhi-110076 to carry on the business of broadcasting, telecasting, relaying, transmitting or distributing in any manner in lndia or abroad and acquire rights for broadcasting, transmitting or distributing any live news, events, shows, highlights and other programs.
Presently, The Company is operating one News & Current Affairs Channels i.e. TVN News in All India Languages.
